The 1999 Archives are a little weird. Something about Y2K preparations, I think. Anyway, you'll find some articles out of place with the dates. No big deal, they read just as well but don't pay much attention to dates. Not that surprising for me since most of my dates don't pay attention to me anyhow! Have fun!
